New to airbrushing or on a budget? Then the Iwata Neo BCN Airbrush is the perfect general purpose air brush for you.
It has been specifically designed for the first time user but is also suitable for the more accomplished artist.
It is also a perfect match with any airbrush compressor in our range and will also work with most inexpensive airbrush compressors.
The Iwata Neo is dual action (press the trigger for air and pull back for paint) and siphon feed.
A siphon feed airbrush requires slightly more air pressure, than a gravity feed airbrush, as it has to draw the paint up from the paint pot. It works well at lower pressures and is ideally suited to spraying medium to large size areas of work using a variety of airbrush paints.
The fitted 0.5mm needle and nozzle will give you fantastic performance, high paint flow and a narrow to wide spray pattern (depending on airbrush distance from work). It is also more suited to spraying with slightly thicker paints.
The Iwata Neo BCN siphon feed airbrush comes with a 28cc (1oz) plastic paint pot which hangs below the front of the airbrush.
The PTFE needle packing bush is also resistant to solvent based paints.
The Iwata Neo BCN Airbrush has a 1/8thBSP male air inlet. This is sometimes referred to as a 1/8” fitting although it is actually about 9.35mm!
We have Air Hoses which are a direct fit for this airbrush.
