The Iwata Neo TRN2 Airbrush has been designed and developed by Iwata to make getting started in airbrushing even easier.

It may take a while to get used to a standard airbrush which is why Iwata developed their pistol grip design which offers a more natural holding position.

The Iwata Neo TRN2 is also a dual action airbrush.

Iwata’s specialist design allows you to pull back on the pistol trigger for air and further back for paint. The whole process is far more natural for those new to airbrushing.

The TRN2 also has a needle adjust screw which is sited at the back of the airbrush.

This adjust screw allows you to set the maximum distance the needle can travel back which precisely controls the paint flow enabling you to create line, background or shading patterns repeatedly and with accuracy.

The Iwata range of airbrushes, including the Iwata Neo range, is designed to be used at low pressure which delivers minimal overspray, detailed spraying, fine atomisation and precise control.

All of these features give you improved work flow at a highly affordable price backed by Iwata’s 5 year warranty.

The fitted 0.5mm needle and nozzle will give you fantastic performance, high paint flow and a narrow to wide spray pattern.

As such it is particularly suited to the spraying of slightly thicker and heavier paints, lacquers and other mediums.

A spray pattern from 0.5mm to 38mm can be achieved with the fitted needle and nozzle (this is dependent on the distance of the airbrush from the project) making it ideal for the spraying of medium to large areas.

The Neo TRN2 is also fitted with a PTFE needle packing bush which is highly resistant to solvent based paints.

Iwata Neo TRN2 Airbrush

Iwata Neo TRN2 Airbrush can be used with any airbrush compressor in our range and will work with most other inexpensive air brush compressors.

The Iwata Neo TRN2 can also perform as a gravity feed or siphon feed airbrush.

It comes with two fully interchangeable metal gravity feed side feed paint cups: 7cc and 14cc.

Having the paint cups set off to the side allows you to see clearly where the needle tip is pointing giving you a great deal of accuracy.

Some users find that a top mounted paint cup obscures their view.

The TRN2 also comes with a large 28cc plastic paint pot which is siphon feed.

This simply means that the medium is drawn up from the paint pot by the air pressure.

The Iwata Neo TRN2 Airbrush has a 1/8thBSP male air inlet.

This is sometimes referred to as a 1/8^” fitting although it is actually about 9.35mm!

We have Air Hoses which are a direct fit for this airbrush.
